Shopping Centre Renovation
Location: Ryde NSW
Background: As part of the master planning team under Saunders Global, the shopping centre required revamping with better retail atmosphere, circulation, and tenancy mix to encourage more foot traffic. The design brief calls for a destination and customer-friendly place for locals. Also being recently built, the Centre has limited budget on any expansion or major renovation works.
Design Solution: LIMe Design managed parts of the master planning package. Photos below are the Phase 3 of the Centre Refurbishment Master Plan: the L1 (Level-1) Restaurants Conversion; and Ground level connectors. LIMe Design is responsible in creating 3D Photomontage renderings of the design concept to documenting and selecting materials for Council approval and construction stages. Software use varies such as: 3D Studio Max, VRay, Photoshop, Revit, and AutoCAD.
